We customize our services based on the level of care required as per our patients' Plan of Care prepared during initial and regular assessments by our RN’s.

We are able to provide care in several flexible options:

Hourly – at a fixed hourly rate

Live-In—is based on a caregiver residing with the patient at a fixed daily cost

Visits—a fixed cost for a specific service

Convenient Packages—bundled services.

The rate for each of the above is based on the level, and duration of care, as well as the discipline of caregiver assigned to our patients' needs.

Each location may not provide all the services listed. We will accept an assignment if we have a trained caregiver available to care for the patient.
